WE CAN HELP

WE LISTEN, WE COLLABORATE AND WE COMMUNICATE.

OUR APPROACH

We will always conduct a detailed assessment by listening to your history and assessing your specific individual needs and goals. We will then spend the necessary time to identify the underlying environmental and biomechanical causes of the injury. Give you practical  solutions to manage these causes and treatment techniques specific to your symptoms.

We will undertake all aspects of case management by encouraging collaboration and communication with health professionals involved in your care. We work closely with a multidisciplinary team of experienced clinicians in dietetics occupational therapy and psychology.

We have an excellent orthopaedic, pain and sports medicine knowledge base as reflected by our undergraduate and post graduate university qualifications. We advocate accessing established community programs through green prescription and arthritis NZ and promote exercise is medicine philosophies.

Our style of treatment is one-on-one. Treatment rooms are spacious separate and private.
As a result of our high level of post-graduate study, our treatment options are comprehensive. Manual and manipulative “hands on” therapy, dry needling, specific exercise prescription, electrotherapy, taping and bracing to name a few.
Consult with Andy, Pip or Corina for answers to all your injury problems.
We look forward to seeing and welcoming you at our clinic
